Timeless Banditz (Debs Jarvis and Christina Wigmoe) hail from Leicester, UK, famous for it's red cheese, the Elephant Man and not much else. The two ladies were nevertheless inspired to embark on a musical collaboration that brings together Debs - a well respected underground house DJ, part of the legendary Babble Sound System; and Christina, former bass player with 90's grebo rockers Crazyhead - once signed to Food Records along with Blur, Jesus Jones etc.
An active part of the early Midlands free-party scene, for the past 8 years Debs has been a prominent member and resident DJ of the Babble Sound System bringing the likes of DJ Rasoul, David Duriez, and Charles Webster to their home town. She plays grooving deep/tech underground style of house.
For the past few years Timeless Banditz have been working to produce their own brand of house music for those who love an unusual underground twist. Musical influences are borrowed from Derrick Carter & Sneak - the tunes are put together with a cocktail of chopped up vocal and instrumental samples, deep bass and twisted beats. This can be heard on their debut release "Hose Down" on Communicato Records.
The Timeless Banditz studio project combines Deb's knowledge of house music arrangement and production with Christina's melodies, sample mixing and live recording. Together they create a unique and original sound, difficult to describe but easy on the ears!
